Progress on a development is recorded against the work actually done on site, so a buyer can see where their money has got to rather than take our word for it. It is the same record we use to manage our own holdings.
We own what we build
Bridge Street Properties invests in real estate as well as developing and selling it. We carry property on our own books and manage it afterwards, which means the decisions made during a build are an owner's decisions, not those of a contractor moving on to the next site. We work across Nigeria and Ghana, from offices in Accra, Lagos, Abuja and Hong Kong.
Property development
We take sites from acquisition through design, construction and handover. Because we hold and manage property of our own, we build to the standard we would want to own — and we are still there after the last unit is sold.
Sales and brokerage
We market and sell property — our own developments and selected third-party stock. Every listing is one we have inspected ourselves, with the documentation, the payment terms and the delivery position set out plainly before anyone commits.
Rentals and management
We let and manage property on behalf of owners, including our own. That covers finding and vetting tenants, collecting rent, handling maintenance and keeping the asset in a condition that holds its value.
Investment and advisory
We invest in real estate on our own account and structure opportunities for others to invest alongside us. Advisory work follows from that: appraisal, structuring and portfolio guidance grounded in property we actually hold rather than in general market commentary.
