About Bridge Street Investments

Who we are

Bridge Street Properties — registered as Bridge Street Investments Company Ltd — is a property company working across Nigeria and Ghana. We develop property, we sell it, we manage it afterwards, and we invest in it on our own account.

Most property businesses do one of those things. Doing all four changes the incentives. We carry assets on our own books, so a development is planned with an owner's horizon rather than a contractor's. We manage what we sell, so the quality of a build is our problem long after handover. And we invest alongside the people who invest with us.

What we do

Property development. Sites taken from acquisition through design, construction and handover, built to the standard we would want to own.

Sales and brokerage. Our own developments and selected third-party stock, inspected before it is listed, with terms and documentation set out before anyone commits.

Rentals and management. Letting, tenant vetting, rent collection, maintenance and estate management — for owners, and for ourselves.

Investment and advisory. Co-investment, appraisal, structuring and portfolio guidance, grounded in property we hold rather than in market commentary.

How we work

Progress on a development is recorded against the work actually done on site. A buyer can see where their money has got to rather than take our word for it — the same record we use to manage our own holdings.

You can come in at any one of our four services and draw on the others when you need to.

Where we are

Our head office is at M235 Okpelor Street, Nmai-Dzorn, Accra. We also work from Lagos, Abuja and Hong Kong — the West African offices close to the property, the Hong Kong office close to the capital that backs it.
